Take the two photographs before recording
Set up two shots instead of trying to reuse one portrait. For the waist-up photograph, include your upper body and keep the face easy to see. For the full-body photograph, stand far enough from the camera that your head and feet fit in the saved frame. Check the files after saving: a camera preview can differ from the crop you export.
Use enough light to show the face and a stable camera position. These are preparation suggestions, not ADOR rules about a studio, backdrop, clothing or camera brand. The official page checked for this guide does not require a professional photographer. Start with equipment you already have, then compare the result with the required framing.
Keep the two files identifiable while preparing your application. Names such as waist-up and full-body can help you check your own folder; they are not an official naming convention.
Check the video after editing and export
“At least one minute” is a minimum. A 45-second clip is too short, even if it contains a complete performance. A recording originally longer than a minute may become too short after you remove the opening or ending. Play the final file and check its duration before uploading.
The page welcomes any talent you can showcase. Choose a performance that makes that talent understandable without a long explanation. It does not supply a universal maximum length, file extension or upload size in the checked instructions. Inspect the current Apply form before your final export; do not assume a very long file will be accepted because the minimum is one minute.
Keep an original copy in case the form requires another format. Test the final file for sound, playback and a complete performance. Those are practical checks, not extra eligibility conditions or claims about selection odds.
