Which situation applies to you?
| Your situation | What the checked FAQ says | What to do before sending |
|---|
| Edit an existing submission | Already submitted materials cannot be edited | Prepare the replacement files locally |
| Send updated material | Send the materials again; same-month exception allowed | Check what actually changed and current delivery instructions |
| Repeat an ordinary application | Next month, once per month | Check the current monthly rule |
| You have no reply | Only successful applicants contacted | Keep contact details available; no guaranteed rejection date |
| Apply again after failure | Another answer says you may apply again at any time | Clarify alongside the more specific monthly answer |

Prepare the replacement without assuming an overwrite
If your original file has missing audio, incorrect framing or a playback problem, create a corrected version and watch the final export. Keep both original and replacement files so you can identify what changed. These are preparation checks, not additional admission rules.
The FAQ says you can send updated material again. It does not describe an editing dashboard, deletion control or guaranteed method for linking the old package to a new one. Do not assume a resubmission silently overwrites the original record.
Read the current application instructions for any reference or identifying information it requests. The checked page also does not settle whether an update should contain every application component again or only a replacement file. Check that packaging detail before you send personal information or duplicate attachments.
Apply the same-month exception to actual changes
The FAQ’s same-month exception is for updated application materials. It does not establish that renaming an unchanged file counts as an update or that repeated submissions improve your chances. If you only want the same recording reconsidered, read the ordinary reapplication rule.
That rule says the next month, limited to once per month. Another answer says unsuccessful applicants can apply again at any time. The page does not explain how those two statements interact. Keep both visible and seek current clarification if your planned submission depends on the distinction; this guide does not invent an official priority rule.
No calendar-month timezone, mandatory waiting period in days or guaranteed review priority was verified. “Next month” should not be converted into an exact countdown without additional instructions.
